Frequently asked questions

You can pay by payment directly to our Bank (On-line Banking/BACS) or most credit or debit cards. We operate on low margins so appreciate direct Bank payments wherever possible


VAT is included for UK customers. The VAT is removed for overseas customers


We use Royal Mail for low-value deliveries. Larger UK packages are usually sent by APC Couriers. Royal Mail will make one delivery attempt. Couriers will generally make two consecutive delivery attempts. Thereafter you may need to make arrangements to collect your goods from the local depot
Fedex/DHL are used for most overseas deliveries


Most of our products are simple to use.  Please contact us if you need guidance before, or after, a sale


We offer repairs and upgrades to our own, and many competitive systems


We offer 1 year warranty to the original purchaser, except where the original manufacturer of the product offers a different warranty. You always need to return the product to us

Returns policy

The return of non-customised products can be made within 14 days from when you receive the item. You must contact us first. Overseas returns must follow the correct customs procedures as we will deduct return customs charges from any refund due
